Said the Transgender lady to officers as she was carried out of a gender neutral Target store for masturbating in the women’s restroom.

A Transgender woman was arrested at a Minnesota Target store for masturbating in the women’s bathroom.

One Target customer who was in the restroom with her daughter when it all went down gave her two cents on the incident.
